2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to any interaction with the Employees Housing Hub website, the services provided by Employees Housing Hub, all offers, rental proposals, and any rental agreements unless otherwise expressly agreed upon in writing. 2.2 Deviations from these Terms and Conditions shall be valid only if mutually agreed upon in writing with Employees Housing Hub. 2.3 The use of general terms and conditions by the contracting party or any third party is explicitly inapplicable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 2.4 By utilizing the website or entering into an agreement with Employees Housing Hub, the contracting party acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. 2.5 Employees Housing Hub reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms and conditions. Article 3: Offers

3.1 All offers made by Employees Housing Hub are non-binding and do not grant any rights to the contracting party unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Employees Housing Hub reserves the right to withdraw or modify any offer. 3.2 Quotations provided by Employees Housing Hub are valid for thirty (30) days, unless specified otherwise. The offer automatically expires at the end of the specified term unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 3.3 Employees Housing Hub shall not be held liable for any errors, mistakes, or clerical errors in the offer resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the contracting party.

Article 4: Conclusion of Agreements

4.1 The acceptance of an offer, whether written or electronic, does not constitute a binding agreement between the parties. An agreement is only established when a rental agreement, prepared by Employees Housing Hub, is signed by both the contracting party and Employees Housing Hub. Any amendments to the rental agreement require mutual consent.
